I love food…clearly. I also love cooking and experimenting. I try to make all my recipes healthy and often put a healthy twist on something that is conventionally not very healthy.
I try to post a mix of recipes to suit every diet be it vegetarian, carnivore, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, high protein, low carb, high fat, low fat or whatever it is!
I believe that balance and variety are the key to a healthy diet so while I don’t follow any specific diet myself I like to take elements from each and mix them up depending on what mood I’m in!
