Berry Smoothie

I love smoothies be it for breakfast, an afternoon pick me up or a handy on the go snack. They are so versatile and nutritious. One of my favourites is a berry smoothie. Berries are low in sugar but high in vitamins and anti-oxidants. By blending them with Greek yoghurt you get a super filling protein and calcium rich snack. Perfect as a summer afternoon office pick me up.

Berry Smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
1 dessertspoon agave syrup or honey (can add more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
Just blend all the ingredients together until you’ve reached your desired consistency.
