On-the-Go Scrambled Egg Wrap

This is such a simple to make breakfast (or even lunch) and is one of my most popular recipes. It’s got all your macros with carbohydrate coming from the wholemeal wrap, protein from the eggs, good fats from the avocado and a bit of green veg is always a plus.

Ingredients:
1 wholemeal wrap (I usually keep these in the freezer and just take one out and microwave to defrost as I need them).
Half a ripe avocado (mashed).
2 Eggs (scrambled).
Salt and Pepper to season.
Tin-foil

Method: 
1.Spread the mashed avocado onto the wrap

 

2. Add the spinach

 

3. Add the scrambled egg and season

 

4. Fold up the bottom then sides of the wrap and cover in tinfoil
